Heather Goode, Principal

Dear Sinclair Families and Community,
I am thrilled to be starting my 7th year as Sinclair's principal this 2024-25 school year. I have enjoyed working with our Sinclair Eagles and helping students and teachers achieve and learn together. At Sinclair, we believe in each other and work together for the collective good. We know that our job at Sinclair is TO LEARN and we follow 10 Sinclair Family Expectations every day.
I have served Prince William County Public Schools since 1993 as an educator. My positions have included; classroom teacher, intervention specialist, lead mentor, administrative intern, assistant principal, and principal. My favorite job has been my current position because of the great impact I've seen at Sinclair. Currently I have been recognized as a Cahn Fellow and will be learning with Cahn this school year. This year I will also be serving on the Superintendent's Principal Advisory Council. I am a certified mentor for other principals and serve as part of the screening committee for new leaders in PWCS. Personally, I am married, have two children and one beautiful grandson who is the light of my life. I love visiting the beach, reading a good book, and spending time with children. I truly believe that ALL children deserve the best of the best and I try my best to make that happen here at Sinclair! I'm looking forward to working closely with all of you to make the 2024-2025 school year a great success!
Cyndi Stephens, Assistant Principal

My name is Cyndi Stephens and I'm super excited and honored to be one of the Assistant Principal's at Sinclair. I've worked in the county for over twenty years and am dedicated to working with students and their families. I enjoy monitoring academic growth and seeing students' progress throughout the year. In my free time, I spend every moment outside walking my very energetic dog. I hope to one day move to the beach but that will not be any time soon as I am extremely happy here at Sinclair and blessed to be an Eagle. Please let me know if I can help you and your family in any way.
Heather Huff, Assistant Principal

My name is Heather Huff, and I am thrilled to continue my educational journey at Sinclair as an assistant principal. With seventeen years in education—fourteen of those spent at Sinclair as a third-grade teacher and Instructional Technology Coach—I have developed a deep appreciation for this incredible community. Watching our students succeed brings me immense joy, and I look forward to supporting their growth in new and meaningful ways.
Outside of school, I love to read and camp, finding peace and inspiration in both. Most of all, I cherish time spent with my family, especially my grandchildren. I am excited to collaborate with each of you and work together to help our students flourish.
