About Mr. Foose:
I have had the pleasure of teaching music at Sinclair since 2004. I grew up in Prince William County and graduated from Hylton High School in Woodbridge. I earned a Master's of Music degree in Music Education from George Mason University in 2014 and a Bachelor's of Music Degree in K-12 Vocal Music Education from James Madison University in 2003. Additionally, I am certified in Orff Schulwerk music and movement. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, walking and hiking, and traveling.

I'm excited about working with Sinclair's students this year. I enjoy sharing my passion for music and believe all students have potential and talents to offer in music class. If you have any questions, please email me at [email protected]
