Sinclair Elementary School Kindergarten Registration opens online starting March 21. If you know a friend that has a child of age please share this information with them. Please visit pwcs.edu for registration, existing families please use your ParentVUE account. If you need assistance completing the registration, please give us a call at 703-361-4811.

To enter school on August 22, 2022, a child must reach his or her fifth birthday on or before September 30, 2017. While you are completing paperwork, staff may screen your child's basic knowledge.

Please bring the following documents:

• Child's Original Birth Certificate
• Affidavit of Birth only required if you do not have Original Birth Certificate
• Parent/Guardian Identification
• Comprehensive Physical Examination: Must be performed within one year prior to school entrance. Physical must be signed by physician
• Immunization Record
• Proof of Residence
• One of the following items:
  • Deed/Contract on a residential property in PWC or Current rental or lease agreement
  • Notarized Affidavit of Residence (a deed, contract, or current rental or lease agreement must be presented to school staff for verification with this document.)
• And two of the following:
  • Two additional types of documentation showing the residence address
• Custody documents, if applicable
