Please check our webpage often as we will be updating it with resources, activities, and links to websites that you can use to listen to books, read books, increase your vocabulary knowledge, master sight and high-frequency words, and practice those reading skills you have learned. In the meantime, here are just a few ideas that you can use to have fun with reading and writing.
  • Play Concentration with vocabulary and definitions
  • Hunt for sight words on cereal boxes or in your take-home books
  • Act out your favorite book with your family
  • Create "My Favorite" lists
  • Write a new ending to a book
  • Send your teacher or principal an email to say "Hi!"
  • Read a book to your pet
