Hello first grade families, 
I hope you enjoyed your Spring Break. Below is the suggested learning plan for this week, as well as additional documents referenced in the plan.

I will be holding class Zoom meetings on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Specific information for each meeting will be sent out through e-mail/School Messenger. 

If you have any questions, please reach out to me via e-mail (galdamdo@pwcs.edu). My office hours weekly are Tuesdays 1-1:30pm and Thursdays 10-10:30am, however, I will be checking my e-mail on a regular basis and am happy to assist outside of that time as I am able.

Scholastic Learn at Homeclick on Grade 1-2, then you will find a daily lesson for 20 days (first 5 lessons are posted now). Each themed lesson may include videos of books, virtual field trips, articles and books to read, and an activity to complete

Chicken Dance:
practice making patterns
Ten Frame Mania
: practice showing numbers on ten frames
Subtraction bowling: practice subtraction within 10
Make ten: practice building addition equations to make ten
How many?: compare numbers using a ten frame
Interactive 100 chart: practice counting by ones, fives, and tens (to 120)
Number chart: place numbers in the correct spot within the number chart
Sum of all dice: using two dot-dice, add to find the sum (total)

Explore and create on Google Earth and Google My Maps.
